Located in South London, our client is a member of one of the UK’s largest private hospital groups and has in recent years received significant investment to expand and upgrade, including the opening of an outpatient facility.

The role

They are currently looking for a Sister / Charge Nurse (FT 37.5 hours pw) to join their team of staff in the Inpatient department.

This role requires you to be responsible for day to day management of the Hospital Ward, and its staff, providing:

  • clinical leadership and an effective and efficient management of ward resources
  • clinical excellence in all aspect of care received by patients
  • guidance on how to maintain and enhance the customer service and satisfaction of service users
  • leadership and support to the nursing team to meet all aspects of the clinical
    governance agenda.

The successful applicant will be able to evidence a relevant professional development (both clinically and managerially) preferably by certification RN with valid NMC Registration, have experience in acute nursing care and Registered Nurse Level 1 / Diploma / BSc in Nursing Studies (Full role description available from our team).
