Payroll... how we promise to get it right
Payroll is one of the biggest frustrations for any agency worker. Ensuring you get paid correctly and on time is one of our biggest priorities when looking after you. We pay a great deal of attention to this process to ensure that errors are kept to an absolute minimum… but we are human and errors can (very rarely!!) happen. Should it ever happen to you however, we promise that if we make a mistake when you receive your payslip and you bring this to our attention, we will correct it in time for you to still receive the correct pay on Friday, on time.
To ensure that errors are kept to a minimum here’s what you can do to help the payroll process:
- Ensure your timesheet is completed in full and signed both at the side of the shift and the bottom of the timesheet with any breaks clearly stated.
- Scan your timesheet to email@example.com before 5pm each Monday.
- If you choose to fax your timesheet to 0330 024 6451 then please call to check that it has been received, it is not always reliable and we have no way of knowing that you have faxed it unless we receive it or you call to check.
- You will receive your payslip / remittance advice by Thursday evening, let us know by 9am on Friday morning if we have made any mistakes. Should there have been an error on our part in your pay, we promise to have this corrected and the correct pay in your account on the Friday, on time.
